Returns & Exchanges

You may return a MOMS product within 45 days of purchase. The product must be in original condition, with all parts, instructions and packaging. You will not be issued credit for returns that do not meet these conditions. Restocking fees may apply to some returns. If the item you are returning was received damaged, defective, or was shipped in error by MOMS, we will reimburse you the delivery costs and the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer will pay the delivery costs and the return shipping costs. Please use and complete the return form in the package. Due to health and safety regulations, the following types of products are not returnable: Opened packages of incontinence or personal hygiene products, worn clothing, and any item that may have come into direct bodily contact. MOMS will refuse any returned non-returnable product, and the item will be shipped back to the sender or discarded by MOMS, with no credit issued. To return a product, simply:

1. Fill out the "Return Merchandise" form, found inside your shipping carton.

2. Include the original receipt in the return package.
